This Privacy Policy applies to OptiBPO Mobile, the mobile application provided and operated by OptiBPO PTY LTD (“OptiBPO”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
OptiBPO Mobile connects to and uses MyStaff, a web application and backend platform owned, operated, and/or maintained by Cloudstaff. Some personal information, account information, usage data, and request details submitted, accessed, or generated through OptiBPO Mobile may be stored and processed in MyStaff and other Cloudstaff-managed systems.
This Privacy Policy explains how OptiBPO PTY LTD collects, uses, stores, processes, shares, and protects personal information when you use OptiBPO Mobile.
By using OptiBPO Mobile and the services it provides, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Definitions
- Account means the account authenticated by username and password to access OptiBPO Mobile and/or the services made available through the Application.
- Affiliates means the company’s parent company, subsidiaries, or other companies under common ownership or control with OptiBPO PTY LTD.
- Application means the software program provided by OptiBPO and downloaded by you on any electronic device, named OptiBPO Mobile.
- Cloudstaff means a third-party service provider that owns and operates the MyStaff platform and related infrastructure used by OptiBPO Mobile to support certain services, authentication processes, and backend data storage.
- MyStaff means the Cloudstaff-owned web application and backend platform used by OptiBPO Mobile to support application features, authentication, account management, service delivery, data storage, and related processing activities.
- Cookies are small files placed on your computer, mobile device, or other device by a website, containing details of your browsing history on that website among its many uses.
- Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, mobile phone, or digital tablet.
- Profile means the profile created by the Client, Employee, Staff, or User, which may include personal information.
- Service means the services provided through OptiBPO Mobile, including services supported by MyStaff and other Cloudstaff-managed systems.
- Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes data on behalf of OptiBPO, Cloudstaff, or both. This may include third-party companies or individuals engaged to facilitate the Service, provide the Service, perform services related to the Service, or assist in analyzing how the Service is used.
- Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.
- User refers to any individual or entity that uses any aspect of the Application and/or the Services.
- You or your means the person using the Application, or the entity on behalf of whom such person is using the Application.

User Content and Submissions
You understand that all User Content is the sole responsibility of the person from whom such User Content originated.
You understand and acknowledge that information provided by you, including your profile, account information, request details, support information, and other information submitted or accessed through OptiBPO Mobile, may be stored and processed in MyStaff and other Cloudstaff-managed databases, systems, infrastructure, and applications.

- unique device identifiers;

- other technical information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Application.

Storage and Processing of Personal Information
OptiBPO Mobile is owned and operated by OptiBPO PTY LTD. The Application integrates with MyStaff, a platform operated by Cloudstaff, which supports certain authentication, service delivery, and data processing functions. The Application uses MyStaff, which is a Cloudstaff-owned platform. As a result, personal information and related data collected, submitted, accessed, or generated through OptiBPO Mobile may be stored and processed in MyStaff and other Cloudstaff-managed systems.
Cloudstaff may process this information for purposes including authentication, account management, data storage, service delivery, technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance, security, analytics, and service improvement.

Apple-Specific Terms
For users of the iOS version of OptiBPO Mobile:
- Apple is not responsible for the Application’s warranty.
- Apple is not responsible for maintenance, support, or claims related to the Application, including intellectual property infringement claims.
- The OptiBPO Mobile license only allows usage on Apple devices with iOS and is not transferable.
- Use of the Application must comply with applicable third-party agreements.
